Dan, there is a photo in Part 1 of you standing in front of the Pad 39 viewing stand for the Apollo 11 launch.I recently found this film footage that includes the Apollo 11 launch as seen from the press site. Lots of crowd shots. You are probably in the footage somewhere. |

I read the first PDF and I am curious to know the names of the your other team members. I am sure that for them and their descendants it would be a kick for their names to be included in a future edition. |

Thank you so much for reading and acknowledging my "efforts". Quite frankly, I do not consider documenting my time at KSC an effort! It was and still is exhilarating! quote: Originally posted by David Carey: Thank you, Dan, for writing, sharing, and remembering!
Thank you David for reading and commenting. It's sincerely appreciated. |

Dan, I have just read part 1 and it's wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this, it's always great to see the everyday side of the astronauts. What a great set of photos and experiences. Please consider publishing these to a wider audience. |

Dan, thanks for sharing this, and all of your experiences with the Apollo program. People like yourself and others that participated in getting mankind safely to the moon and back achieved something that monumental that has been an inspiration to those that follow. The 50th anniversary of each Apollo mission is a celebration and acknowledgement to your efforts and achievements. Your generosity in sharing your experiences is a gift to all who have an interest, as it is for each Apollo team member. Thank you. |

Thank you Dan for sharing your Apollo story. Terrific technical detail and even better images. My envy is matched only by my admiration for your work and that of your colleagues on mankind's greatest adventure. |

Thank you Rick for mentioning my Part 2 and Part 3 "Technical Aspects". I felt it was very important for historians to understand the details involved and problem solving that went into EVA Crew Training. quote: Originally posted by Panther494: Please consider publishing these to a wider audience.
I have attempted to find individuals/publishers that would be interested in helping me reach a wider audience but have found no interest. I am, however, extremely thrilled that many cS members are willing to read my writings including yourself. Thank you for taking the time to comment. |

I was just one of approximately 400,000 contractor/sub-contractor individuals who should all be recognized for their efforts. |

Thanks a lot Daniel for sharing your wonderful experience; I am definitely an Apollo-enthusiast (from France) and will read with great pleasure. I have printed the pages because I like to have paper in hands for reading... Also some pictures with astronauts at parties that we will never see elsewhere!Great job! — Dominique |
