A trio of museums and organizations (if not more) have debuted commemorative designs celebrating the 50th anniversary of the launch of Sputnik and the space age:World Space Week Designed by space artist Pat Rawlings (SAIC), World Space Week's poster can be purchased for $4 each.
Frontiers of Flight Museum Designed by artist Detlev van Ravenswaay, posters are $16.95 each, plus $3.50 domestic shipping (Texas residents add $1.40 sales tax). Northern Virginia Community College Courtesy Beverly Blois, Dean of the Humanities Division at Northern Virginia Community College, comes this poster for their event on October 2 featuring Sergei Khrushchev and Paul Dickson.
