Has anyone read Bill Pogue's "Astronaut Primer" book? I would really appreciate a brief description of the book. There's almost no information about it online.

It's a very slim (28 page) little soft back volume all about Pogue's 84 days in space and his observations on the space environment and its effects (fluid shift, tissue and muscles, bone loss, etc.) that and other psychological aspects are discussed — with just a few diagrams.
Hope that helps? If you would like the book contact me.

I have been collecting astronaut authored books for years and have also been on the look out for a copy of this book but have not yet found one. Some info on it is:
Published in March 1986 28 pages in length Only published in paperback Publisher L 5 Society
I too will greatly appreciate any information on tracking down a copy.
