Besides these two, are there other astronaut-dedicated museums?

  • McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center in Concord, New Hampshire

  • The Space Museum and Grissom Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri

  • EAA Aviation Museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin (Dedicated Frank Borman gallery "The Borman Collection")

  • Adler Planetarium in Chicago, Illinois (Dedicated Jim Lovell gallery "Mission Moon")

  • Cernan Earth and Space Center in River Grove, Illinois
Apart from the question asked, there are also museums that are not solely dedicated to an astronaut but have a large focus on one individual (e.g. Wheeler Historical Museum for Alan Bean), astronaut house museums (e.g. John and Annie Glenn Museum), museums that feature an astronaut's name as a result of its location more so than its area of focus (e.g. Grissom Air Museum), museums founded by astronauts (e.g. Heritage Flight Museum by Bill Anders), museums dedicated to a group of astronauts from a specific region (e.g. Michigan Heroes Museum), and museums that would have applied to the question but have since closed (e.g. the Dale A. Gardner Aerospace Museum).

The EAA Museum also has a gallery devoted to Joe Engle and a dedicated section for Mike Melvill.
