Just announced (via Facebook) that Spaceport Sheboygan in Wisconsin will cease all operations effective Nov. 1 of this year. Closed since the start of the COVID pandemic, they have been unable to acquire/lease a building site and have been operating as an outreach organization for schools and civic presentations.

They must vacate their storage unit where all furniture, display cases, placards etc. are kept. Those and other items will be sold.

As they have artifacts on loan from NASA, they must de-access those and pass them on to a qualified museum or educational institution. Contact the museum director Brian Ewenson if you are a qualified museum, institutional curatorial staff, or director for a list of items available.

All times are CT (US)
