At first glance, it looked more like a scale diorama rather than a photo of an actual event. |

One of the best X-15 photos yet, Ed!I count 28-30 people in that picture (the uncertainty is that some of the shapes out there could be a person or some piece of equipment). That's just the landing crew. Add in the folks in the control room, folks back at the hangar, the "computers" reducing the data, the B-52 crew, and more. It takes a village... |
