A Northrop T-38 jet trainer is shown shortly after arriving at Ellington Air Force Base near the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston on May 28, 1964. It was flown there from Northrop Aircraft in California by astronaut Jim McDivitt. It was the second aircraft to be delivered to the MSC Aircraft Operations Division for astronaut use.
