The three members of the Skylab 4 crew are photographed standing near Pad 39B during preflight activity in November 1973. Left to right are science pilot Ed Gibson, commander Jerry Carr and pilot Bill Pogue. The Saturn 1B launch vehicle in the background is surrounded by the Mobile Service Structure.

Imagining Fred Haise standing there instead of Ed Gibson and you have the Apollo 19 crew.

There are at least five SL-4 crew photos. You mention KSC-73P-615, but there are the official studio shots and the brown space station jacket photos.
