onesmallstep Member Posts: 1310 From: Staten Island, New York USA Registered: Nov 2007	posted 02-06-2018 01:58 PM Wendt was head of flight crew safety at the time of the Space Shuttle program, and is unlikely to have been on any pad closeout crews. He served on the investigation board for the Challenger accident.
