This is good news! Of course, Laika has a small place on the monument to fallen cosmonauts in Star City. And Belka and Strelka are stuffed in the Cosmonautics Museum. What this article doesn't mention is why the monument is being erected at this location. IP: Logged |

Hi, some recent posts debated whether space tourists were astronauts/cosmonauts and yet we accept the term for a dog that flew in space?Nick P.S Muttonaut, Houndonaut or can someone think of something more appropriate? And then there's the monkey, frogs, spiders, etc. IP: Logged |
