For what it's worth, I reached out to Book Keeper, and they said I could order a signed copy to be shipped for $72.51 CAD (book, shipping and taxes). (I also reached out to Booklore and Bolen, but haven't heard back.) |

Update: I heard from Bolen Books that they could also hire a signed copy to the States. |

Col. Hadfield said on Facebook that he will be signing, too. He didn't say what, though.Maybe he did a foreword for Marc's book. |
