Received from Victoria Campbell: quote: Aurora is pleased to announce that it will be conducting an "on-line" only "Second Chance Auction" tomorrow May 4, 2005, beginning at 4:00 p.m. PST on eBay Live Auctions. The catalog is currently loading onto eBay, but you can go to our website, www.auroraauctions.com, to download a PDF file that lists the lots that will be included in this sale. The lot numbers for this "Second Chance Auction" are the same as those in our April 23/24 2005 sale, with the exception that a "9" has been added in front of each lot number, so you can reference your copy of our catalog for these items. All internet buyers who participated in our April 23/24 sale are PRE-APPROVED for participation in this auction and DO NOT NEED TO RE-REGISTER! A special "thank you" to all of our customers for participating in our auctions!

[/QUOTE]Robert, the provided URL is incorrect. It should be http://www.auroragalleriesonline.com . As for Flo's comments... I couldn't agree more. Not much chance of me being on-line at midnight to 2am GMT . Cheers, Derek IP: Logged |

www.auroraauctions.com - as provided by Victoria - also works. The problem above was that a comma was mistakenly included with the script-generated URL tag.[This message has been edited by Robert Pearlman (edited May 04, 2005).] IP: Logged |

I made some bids, didn't win anything but by 1am the eyes were drooping so I just gave up.Was going to Bid on the flown Russin flag but at a start price of $175 it was at my max, When at a previous auction these were going for under $100. I gave the 51-L Cut and paste job some thought (I know it didn't sell again) But just wasn't convinced on the signatures but I'm no expert and in the back of my mind was what do you have to cut up to get a Jarvis and Macaulif added. Anything else I bid on just went sky high isn't ie skylab urine device.. Well at least I have the cash in pocket IP: Logged |
