Can anybody explain why there seems to be an odd, asymmetrical exhaust plume upon launch? It seems to even out after a while...

What looks to be an asymmetric exhaust plume appears to be the flame illuminating the vented gas or mist from the frozen water vapor on the right side of the rocket in this image.
