In 1992, Berlin-born Pop Art painter Andreas Hoge (aka "Andora") was commissioned to paint the fairing of a Proton rocket. This launch vehicle also carried the "West" cigarette company logo on the side.

Looks like a late evening/night launch so 2 April 1992 or the 30 July 1992 launch? Giving artist timing maybe September 10 or October 30, 1992?
