Gemini and Apollo astronaut Thomas P. Stafford testified today before the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. Committee members heard testimony from Stafford and NASA Adminstrator Sean O'Keefe examining the status of NASA’s space shuttle program and NASA's efforts to implement the recommendations of the Columbia Accident Investigation Board.
