Personally, I think I've seen more examples of gag and alternate crew photos pre-51L than post-51L. But it would be neat to see such a list, and eventually, a scan of what those photos look like.

Bear in mind that most of these gag portraits don't have NASA ID numbers, because officially they don't exist.

I'm working on a list like that and consider the crew photos are the official crew photo, prime and backup crew photos, alternate crew photo with the total crew posing for an image (not snapshots of training).

As seen on eBay (391684300904), a never-seen (by me) alternate STS-41D crew photo:

Also prior to Charlie Walker being added as a payload specialist. This was the first time I saw this one, too...and Steve Hawley's hometown only 50 miles west of me.

I missed Walker not on there. There is also a crew photo with the familiar 41D pose, but the crew in polos, not the blue flightsuits.

If you blow up the photo you can see Walker's name is on the patch. Could just be a NASA astronaut only photo.

Though not exactly a "gag photo" the STS-42 crew litho from 1992 was an early form of photoshop.

All times are CT (US)
