I'd just like to stick in a good word for Regency Superior.
Auction ended April 17th. Goods arrived here in the UK on April 30th (yes, 13 days later). For an auction with over 2000 items (granted - a lot of covers and stamps), I call that great service and look forward to their next space offering.

Me too Paul. I got mine (as promised) April 28. Very well packaged. I was advised about 5 days before when they would ship and tracking number.

Was advised daily of status of my bids and bids higher than mine, and got a summary after auction of what winning bids were on items I bid on.

Was also given chance after auction to buy items for reserve which didn't get bought.

Got some nice items. Autographed pencil portraits by William Numeroff of Naval Reserch Lab (I worked there as student intern in 1963) Physicist/Space Scientist Herbert Friedman, Homer Newell, and Milton Rosen.
A Numeroff Color display from 1st Wehner von Braun Memorial Lecture at Smithsonian NASM signed by Michael Collins, Profesor James van Allen (Van Allen Radiation Belt) and Ernst Stuhlingher.
An Autographed Picture to Numeroff of the USAF Thunderbirds including Leader and future astronaut "Hoot" Gibson.(I'M SURPRISED NO BODY NAILED ME ON THIS, ASTRONAUT "HOOT" GIBSON WAS A NAVY MAN. THIS "HOOT" GIBSON (COL ROBERT, major in picture) WAS A WWII VETERAN, A F-86 MIG KILLER "ACE" IN KOREA, AND FLEW 100'S OF MISSONS IN VIET NAM
SO A FINE CATCH HIMSELF. THE PICTURE IS IN LATE 1950'S WITH A F-100D SUPER SABER. THE COLONEL'S SON (I BELIEVE) IS BRIG GENERAL MARKLE "HOOT" GIBSON COMMANDING 332ND EXPEDIONARY WING AT BALAD AB IN IRAQ. THE 332ND IS THE UNIT THE TUSKEGEE AIRMEN WERE WITH.
A 1945 Signed General Eisenhower letter
An autographed book by Admiral Byrd from 1938.
Autographed items (Treshev) from ISS 5.
A General Joe Engle X-15 autograph picture and cover
A fossil collection of 8 tribolites.

I have very varied interests and this was a fine auction. Would have like more space items; a very good selection.

In light of commentarty about others, I think this is very well run.

Paul

I received my items on the Thursday after the auction! I found Regency/Superior to be completely organized and efficient. 100% satisfied and I look forward to future auctions.

My only suggestion or request would be for live internet bidding or live phone bidding on future auctions similiar to what is offered by Aurora.

Looks like AURORA might just take a little bit longer, especially for foreign bidders !

All times are CT (US)
