OK, I know its not a new one, but I have been working on a new version of my site for a few weeks and decided to finish it as it seemed like the season for unveiling new sites ! I have decided to get rid of the individual alphabet listing and merge them into 5 groups. Also added is a new listing of books and I will add pics of signed ones as they are photographed. I have also added a new contact page. Im concerned about the loading time for some pages due to the amount of thumbnails on them, its fast enough for me with broadband but what about those of you without a fast connection ? Would it be a good idea to put something to read at the top of each page while the thumbnails load ? Any feedback will be much appreciated. Adam http://adboo.com/auto/ |

Noticed You have the Book on Beagle 2 which was available as signed copie on the Open University website ( there's also a link on the Beagle 2 website for this signed book ). But where did You get the photo of Professor Colin Pillinger with the Beagle model ? |

Wow thanks for the praise everybody ! (Its a great birthday pressie for me, lol) Hi Philip, I got the pic signed pic of Colin Pillinger a while ago when I wrote to him via the Open University to request an autograph. Hi Brandon, I wrote the the OPF crews at KSC and a kindly worker there took pity on me and gave my pics to an OPF manager. He was kind enough to sort out the most suitable pics and arrange for the different sections to sign them. Apparently they were thrilled to be asked to sign pictures which surprises me seeing as they are as dedicated to their jobs as the astronauts themselves. Then a few months later they sent me a great package with all my pics and added stickers, patches, an MFA STS-98 medallion (which I should put in my flown section asap) and other items. These are more treasured than alot of my astro pics., I'll never forget how kind those people were. Anyway, I plan on adding a few more pages and items to pages in the future. Many thanks.........Adam P.S. MW, I bet you don't visit mine as often as I visit yours to drool over some of your items ;-) |
