Am I looking directly into the cabin of the Apollo lunar module in this photo (AS13-59-8566)?

The drogue is not in place, so you are seeing the top of the closed LM overhead docking hatch. See this diagram of the LM ascent stage interior.

Look closely around the peripheral of the port and you'll see the CM docking ring with its attendant "modification" resulting from detonation of the pyrotechnic separation charges.

The open LM overhead hatch can be seen in photo AS13-62-8936.
Here is a clip of Buzz Aldrin opening the LM overhead hatch on Apollo 11.
