Jim McDivitt has stated that for quite some time it was undecided as to whether the Pilot or the Command Pilot would perform the EVA on GT-4. Backup pilot Jim Lovell must have trained, also, and possibly even Frank Borman. There are of course, many photos of Ed White training for his Gemini 4 EVA on a frictionless table, in the vacuum chamber, etc. Has anyone ever seen any photos of McDivitt, Lovell or Borman training for the EVA? |

And of course I've never seen any photos of Charlie Basett undergoing EVA training for GT-9, although there must be some around. |

I have never seen any of the photos you are looking for. But of course they must exist in the JSC files... |

Along the same lines here's a shot of Gemini X backup pilot C.C. Williams in zero-G EVA training. Al Bean is in the Command Pilot's seat. |
