I asked this question on Reddit not too long ago, but I had recently discovered this community and was hoping to get some more opinions.I have quite a few 8x10 Kodak photos (200 to 250ish?), pins, patches, stickers, and an Apollo 14 Lunar Orbital Contingency Flight Chart. The photos are mostly blue with red print, but there are also red print, black print, and ones with no label or just a file name at the bottom. I have them all photographed in a Google Drive here. Most are from the Lyndon B Johnson Space Center, so I don't expect the photos to be of much value (I was thinking on average $5 to $10 each). Since I asked on Reddit, I've tried posting a few of the red label ones on eBay, but they seem to hardly get any views. So my questions are: - Is there a better way to go about selling these, or should I continue posting the rest to eBay?
- If posting to eBay, is it better to post a few every week, or should I just list them all?
- For pictures with no label, pictures with a file name at the bottom, or pictures with the red print "TEST", etc.: are these worth trying to sell as well?
- For the LSC, are there any previous auctions or ways to determine the value of it? I have someone who offered $250, but I'm not sure if that's a good offer (or if it's a really good offer).
- For patches, pins, stickers: is it better to sell these as lots? I took photos of stickers in batches of 9, but I honestly don't know if those are even worth trying to sell. I might just throw them all on my car or something.
I appreciate any advice, and if anyone already saw my Reddit thread, sorry for spamming! |

You might want to join the NASA & Space Artifacts: Buy/Sell/Trade (The Space Collective) Facebook group; it's run by a UK-based dealer (who also has a separate FB group, Space Memorabilia & Flown Artifacts, focusing on member's collections and advice). Lots of knowledgeable people there and you can post your items for sale. Good luck selling your material. |

Awesome, thanks for the recommendation! These are the sorts of groups that justify my keeping a Facebook account. |

Avoid unsolicited offers until you've had the items appraised. People will lowball you and offer unrealistic prices, especially on Facebook. | |
