I acquired a few random parts/pieces from Johnson Space Center and I was wondering if they have any value or are worth keeping?

Below are some pictures of a couple of items. I thought it was strange that NASA would keep and catalog four loose earplugs? Appreciate any info. Thank you.

Yea, NASA saves and inventories the most unlikely things sometimes.

I've had a bag that contained a smaller bag, that contained yet a smaller bag that was folded and inside was a tiny set screw. Another good one was it was a large pink bag that inside was a medium-size clear bag that had six Ziploc bags that were inventoried.

I've been through hundreds of random bags with stuff like yours in it. They are good for personal keepsakes if you think they are interesting enough.

The earplugs are not worth any money really, and the ISS item was non-flight for ground crew use only, so doesn't have much monetary value. With that being said, these do have a value as far as purpose and appreciation. It is always a cool feeling to hold one of these items, and read through the tag, and think about what is was used for. Somebody else especially but get excited to see something like that. I have donated stuff like this to friends, schools, anyone I come across who love the space program and it's history. So in this regard, you should keep them because they are valuable.

In my humble opinion, they are worth keeping.
