This is a topic I've been thinking of starting for a while, and hope it might spark a nice discussion. I know it's become rare for me to start a topic.

How does the community think the return to the moon on Artemis and the onset of commercial and international spaceflight missions might affect the value of Apollo flown items such as flags, patches and other items?

Do you believe it will remain unchanged?

Do you think it may lessen the value in some cases because some collectors just want a moon-flown flag? Perhaps that will be offset by an increase in new collectors.

Do you think the attention that finally returning to the moon gets might actually increase the interest and therefore the value of the historical items?

There is no doubt in my mind, even for veteran community members, that the feeling of how incredible it is to own something that has been to the moon in general is going to change in some way.

Ben, I think if you have Apollo era artefacts their value will remain unchanged, especially the nostalgia value.

Any new items would still be collectable, but I think it will result in a "two-tier" approach.
