These eBay listings for signed space shuttle crew portraits say they are 100% authentic and hand written. I am not sure.Anybody else care to weigh in on them? Some examples:

If it was real, sky's the limit. But it's not. |

A friend of mine recently purchased a crew photo from eBay seller "tundra09". He sells more than space items, but in his space listing he guarantees each item as "100% Authentic" from a long time NASA employee. I recently went through some of his (closed) listings, and I can't see any that aren't autopens. Has anyone had a legit success with this seller? I'm hoping he's just not educated in what is, and what isn't an autopen. Not to say it's not from an employee, as many of them were given autopenned crew photos. Editor's note: Threads merged. |
