This is my first post and allow me to give you some personal history. My grandfather was a contractor at Kennedy Space Center for many years, my father retired from KSC/NASA after 40+ years (no doubt some of you probably know him) and I worked for McDonnell Douglas for 8 months right out of school on SpaceLab. After my grandfather passed away, going through his stuff, I kept all the memorabilia he collected over the years. There wasn't much (note: my father has much much more at his house). I've kept this stuff for years and am finally taking some time to go through it. I'll post pics as I make my way through it. Does anyone know or have some history on the below GE poster? Mass produced? Available to the consumer? Only issued to employees? Anything would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. — Jay Schultz |

Jay, these were mass-produced and available to the public (how they were distributed I don't remember). I had one on my wall for a while as a kid in the 60s; it's possible I sent off for it but just not sure. I still think it's a cool item and would likely look great framed. They occasionally turn up on eBay. |

1966 poster. Available currently for $360 in very good condition at the Chisholm Larrson Gallery, Chelsea, NY, which I have visited a few times, or as luck would have it, one is on eBay right now, ending quickly: This Thursday 12/29/16 at 12:30 am EST, from Las Vegas for $15.97 + 5.85 S/H. |

This is a slightly different version of the same poster that I have. This is marked up as "Apollo Initial Lunar Landing Mission." There are quite a few differences between each poster from the five pictures to the number of orbits of the moon.So far I have had it signed by Michael Collins, Charlie Duke, Fred Haise, Tom Stafford and Al Worden. |
