Paper is medium thickness, unfortunately the tape won’t come off but the signature will still cut square perfectly for matting.

I will also include Gemini V crew Gordon Cooper and Charles Conrad signatures in this sale, their condition is same as Armstrong, however they they do not have a place in my collection but ideal for anyone putting together a moonwalker, Gemini V or Mercury 7 matted piece.
