There are five Saturn rockets that were built but never flown, which are now housed in US museums. - AS-209 intended Skylab and ASTP rescue/backup - never needed. Now at Kennedy Space Centre.
- AS-211 unused. Now in Huntsville, Alabama.
- AS-513 flight cancelled (Apollo 18). Now at Johnson Space Centre.
- AS-514 flight cancelled (Apollo 19). Now at Kennedy Space Centre.
- SIVB-515 flight cancelled (Apollo 20), later converted to Skylab-B but never flown. Now in National Air and Space Museum.
I am looking for postally used photographic or diagrammatic postcards of these. The written text (if any) needs to be neat and relevant or neutral - nothing about Disney World, etc.The older the better; the more relevant the postage stamp, the better. Must be cancelled at the appropriate site. I will pay postage and good prices for any I like the look of. Thanks in advance. | |
