I am happy to announce another Kickstarter from Retrorocket Emblems. I am producing a set of high-quality replicas of the patches as worn by the astronauts on their Crew Dragon Demo-2 mission. This is a set of three mounted patches, ready for display or framing: - PVC flag of the USA
- PVC NASA Insignia ("meatball")
- Embroidered NASA Logotype ("worm")
I will hopefully be adding an additional stretch goal patch commemorating the "Dragonship Endeavor" if we look like we'll be heading toward a good watermark. I am excited to say that this is a NASA-approved product. Thank you for your continued support! Campaign here.  |

Happy to back the campaign.Is the artwork above the final form or will you be looking to match the SpaceX versions more closely? For example, the ends of the vector on the flight patches taper more dramatically to what appear to be very thin lines. Also, the worm patch appears to be on the same "ribbed" surface as the outer layer of the suit. Will you be looking to reproduce that pattern?

The meatball will be in 3D as worn, I have had to revise the artwork a few times as the patch shown a week ago by Bridenstine on Twitter was slightly different than the one worn. I am grateful for NASA HQ Photo on Flickr for their photos which allowed me to fine tune the patches. The patches in the artwork above are just representative and not final. |

I polled the current backers for their opinion on the direction the PVC flag should face, and the "as worn" vote (blue field/stars top right) came out ahead, so it in all likelihood like I will be producing that version of flag for the set. In other news, the campaign reached a secondary milestone of $1750 (thank you!) so I will be adding a bonus patch commemorating Crew Dragon "Endeavour". This will be a 5" patch that looks something like this. This patch commemorates the long history of the name "Endeavour" in a format of 1970s-inspired motif that is a salute to the NASA worm logo's origins.  I have removed the colors from the photo so that Malaysian counterfeiters don't get ahead of me as they have some other designs for this historic mission. |

The patches will be shipping this week to the Kickstarter backers, the set and bonus patch should be available for sale on Retrorocketemblems.com this weekend.  |

Just ordered the bonus patch from your website. Thank you for making it available to everyone!The patch arrived today (8/21) and it pops!!! I wish it were a 4" as it would be easier to find a spot for it on a flight suit.  |
