Wouldn't this be closer to 16 months on orbit (November 2018 - March 2020)? |

Could be, give or take. It launched on 15th November but is due to return around 1st March, so there is a little "err" room in there. |

I had quite a surprise recently when I heard that the payload actually returned on SpaceX Dragon capsule CRS-19 in January! I was informed it would be in March, but due to some last-minute changes, they brought it back early and apparently forgot to tell me in advance of the flight. The payload will be with me soon so everyone will start receiving emails asking to confirm their addresses shortly. It has been a long time coming with the payload being up there for 13 months and 22 days, but I hope you're all happy with your pre-orders when they arrive! — Richard at The Space Collective |

Keith, I am still waiting the final information from the carrier so that the documentation can be finished and sent to print. It shouldn't be long. I'll keep everyone updated via the this post and also by email (provided you're signed up to the newsletter). |

Due to Covid-19, the flight documentation is taking a lot longer than planned, and the printers we use are also closed due to being non-essential businesses so this is going to take longer than originally planned. Rest assured, the contents returned safely and are on my desk as we speak. As soon as the paperwork and printing falls into line these will be sent out ASAP. |

Since seeing these for sale on your website, what is the status of delivery for the second wave? |

Still waiting on the flight documentation, but due to Covid the department responsible are working remotely and don't have access to the information we need to complete it. The payload is safely stored in our office, and as soon as we have the information we need, we can get the documentation printed and the orders shipped. An email went out a few weeks ago asking everyone to confirm this addresses, so please be sure to reply if you haven't already. |

Good news! I have the documentation needed and it has gone to print. I'm hoping to have these finished and shipped out by the end of the month! |

Tracking codes are now being sent out via email. Every order will be shipped by Thursday. Thank you everyone who came on board for the first two payloads. What should have been an easy 6 month flight turned into 14 months plus covid-delayed shipping, but we got there in the end! |

Richard I see a seller based in Glendale, California is selling three of your patches on eBay, but without the embroidered patch number at one o'clock. |

Thank you for informing me. I have contacted the seller and also submitted an IP infringement with VeRO.Didn't take long for someone to steal my work... I will take this moment to explicitly state that nobody has ever been given a right to reproduce this design and anyone selling this without the correct documentation (reselling) means it is a fake. Additional to the documentation, there is a statement of authenticity on the back of each pin and patch (that I will not divulge) attesting to the flown status. If you see a pin or patch without this, it too is fake. |

Yes I thought this was the case of someone forging your patch design and selling it as a genuine patch. This seller has many other suspicious patches for sale too. I have tried to contact him, but I have never received a reply to any of my questions.(This seller reminds me of how Randy Hunt used to operate.) |

It looks like the seller has complied with my demand and removed the listing, though not before one sold. This was their reply: Hello and thank you for your message. There seems to be a misunderstanding. This design was submitted to us by an employee at JPL because we are contracted and licensed to sell NASA products by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. We will take this item down and apologize for the misunderstanding. I have instructed the seller to not ship the one patch sold and to send all patches to me so that they can be destroyed. There were three patches listed, but there may be more.Thank you for being vigilant and spotting this. |

I am glad they were responsive, but I am curious/dubious about this claim about their licensing. I don't think the Buzz Lightyear or SPERM03, or SpaceX replica patches fall under that? I am purely speculating, but I would be surprised if that was the case. |

I do not believe that claim to be true. You can see from some of the reviews that this individual sells fakes, something I had confirmed by several SpaceX collectors. |

Richard, I'm sorry to say again but three more reproductions of your patches are up for sale again on eBay from a seller in Torrance, California. 353128573551. Could be the same patches as last time but from a different seller? |

Kevin, thanks for making me aware. I'm pretty sure it is the same seller just under a different account. I have put in a second request with VERO, emailed both sellers demanding they send all patches to me.I'm waiting to hear back from VERO about their contact information, as soon as I get it, my lawyer will be taking over. |

This from the seller (patch_mama): I purchased these a space collector names usafspace. They ensured me that these are not of the same design as the ones on your website because of changes and the NASA logo cannot be copyrighted. I will remove them from my listings and notify the other user that these are copyright. Thanks for letting me know. Another blatant lie, no doubt. I will be contacting the user mentioned in this message regardless. |

Just a quick update for everyone, three fake patches arrived at my office and have been destroyed. |
