The Houston Astros are not the only sports team honoring STS-107 by donning the crew's mission patch. Beginning with their game on February 9, the Houston Aeros (AHL Hockey) added the insignia to all their uniforms.
Houston Aeroes' Director Susan Neuhalfen was kind to provide photographs:
Kids from a team at Texas Ice in Clear Lake, with the Aeros' mascot "Chilly" participating in a moment of silence for the crew at the game on February 9.
