Ben Ramkissoon showed in his exhibit an imperforated deluxe sheet of the 4 Cent Mercury stamp issued upon John Glenn's historic Friendship 7 space mission.

Are these die proofs scarce? How would you estimate it's value?

If the complete page has the number on it, it is a better thing.

I have two of these stamps that John Glenn signed. He could only fit J.H. Glenn Jr. on them.
