STS-113 delivered a few letters from Russian crew surgeon A. Vasin to ISS Expedition 5 cosmonauts. The stamps of these letters were cancelled with a date stamp NOV 11'02 by a NASA office at Kennedy Space Center. I am aware of two letters from this flight and nothing similar from other flights.
Which is the exact name of this NASA office? Was this date stamp also used on other items?

I am pretty sure STS-113 was the only mission this stamp was used on letters or covers. I wonder whether the small date stamp also appears on non-philatelic items including paperwork?
Which is the correct name of the NASA KSC office that collected items to be sent into space by space shuttles?
