Space Cover #624: Valentina Tereshkova's hometown visit

This week's Space Cover of the Week commemorates the visit of cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova to her hometown on July 18, 1963. Tereshkova was born in Maslennikovo a village near the town of Yaroslav Oblast of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.

The above cover was autographed by Vostok 6 pilot, Valentina Tereshkova.
