My friend started this activity long ago when he was in the staff of Roscosmos. He sent me this photo of the Soyuz MS-15 and MS-16 flown envelopes.

I did this frame with MS-10 envelope which crashed from 42 km together with 59 other envelopes when the Soyuz launcher exploded 110 seconds alter liftoff.
The second one is MS-12 envelope which flew some months aboard the ISS. Managed to get them for me thanks to my colleagues in Roscosmos.

If you don't mind me asking, how are the flown Soyuz/ISS covers of Roscosmos and the Russian Post Office certified or documented as being genuine space mail?

No certification at all from Roscomos. They offer these envelopes to their partners. And I don't need such a certificate cause I know they are originals.
Nobody is selling them.
As for the Russian Post Office I don’t know how they distribute their 30 envelopes. Have never seen their certificate.
