This flight was the fifth and final resident crew of Salyut 6. Soyuz T-4 visited Salyut-6 from March 13, 1981 to May 26, 1981. The cover shown is a first day cover of Russia Scott #4991-92 issued 10-15-1981 and was autographed by flight engineer, Victor Savinykh.
