I also heard that Roscosmos made 60 of each.
On 26.08.2016 was a special ISS postmark "70 years RKK Energia."
Oleg Novitski put 12.01.2017 "110th birthday of S.P. Korolyov" special ISS postmark only on official Roskosmos covers and on 25 additional covers. He wrote addresses on seven of them which he sent to Earth with Soyuz MS-02. Sergey Ryshikov and Andrey Borissenko did not use it at all.

Two covers with ISS special postmark "50 Years First Manned Space Flight" stayed on board ISS till 2017.
This ISS postmark is known on two different Roskosmos covers:
Soyuz TMA-01M
Soyuz TMA-20 / 50 Years Gagarin
Does this mean 2 x 60 = 120 covers had this postmark applied on board ISS?

The regular postmark and the blue Roskosmos date stamps are back-dated. They were added before the covers were taken down to Earth.

How do we know it was returned till 2017? Can you tell me the details? Thank you!

A cosmonaut found these two Gagarin Roskosmos covers in ISS's "waste basket." He marked them with two on board stamps which arrived at ISS well after 2011 and remarked on the flap the Soyuz he took them to Earth.
