Space Cover of the Week, Week 141 (December 26, 2011) Space Cover #141, Russian Apollo-Soyuz Test Project FDCsWith the arrival of the Soyuz TMA-03M crew to the International Space Station, I thought I'd show two first day covers from the very first joint manned spaceflight. The covers were autographed by the U.S. Prime and Backup Crews; Support Crew and Project Officials. We have come a long way since 1975. The Stafford and Overmyer signatures on the bottom cover are autopen machine signatures. ------------------ John Macco Space Unit #1457 | |
