Robert Pearlman Editor Posts: 54393 From: Houston, TX Registered: Nov 1999	posted 06-01-2022 03:39 PM Axiom Space is one of two companies that NASA has contracted to provide next generation spacesuit and spacewalk systems under the agency's Exploration Extravehicular Activity Services (xEVAS) contract. The Houston-based company has designed a patch to represent its Extravehicular Mobility Unit (AxEMU). Our blue star represents Ed White, the first American to perform an EVA. The red star represents Alexie Leonov, the first person to conduct a spacewalk. Each white star represents our AxEMU sub-system team. The gray path illustrates our continuous improvement in engineering design. The orange streak represents leveraging commercial EVA services for NASA's exploration missions.
