It is not yet clear if this is patch that will represent the crew, but it is artwork that was released with today's announcement of Fram2, SpaceX's first human spaceflight to fly over Earth’s polar regions.

First look at the mission patch from the crew's first day of training:

The other patches on their shoulder come with the Spirit of Amundsen brand jacket.
