Description:
The emblem of the manned spacecraft "Soyuz MS-25."

"Soyuz MS-25" will deliver an international crew to orbit: Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky, space flight participant from the Republic of Belarus Marina Vasilevskaya, and NASA astronaut Tracy Dyson.

The emblem is shaped like a shield, symbolizing victory and the achievement of goals. The names of the crew members, as well as the national flags of the participating countries - Russia, the Republic of Belarus, and the USA - are depicted on the emblem in a triangular formation, signifying the unity of the crew of the 21st expedition to visit the ISS.

In the center, the Roscosmos logo is featured, along with the manned spacecraft "Soyuz MS-25" heading towards the International Space Station. At the bottom of the emblem is Mount Kazbek, the crew's call sign.

An example of this patch is now being sold on eBay (204636226319) out of Kazakhstan. Not sure of the manufacturer or origin. Possibly Glavkosmos?

Produced by Glavkosmos for Roscosmos, these patches will be on the crew's Sokol space suits.

Thanks a lot Paul!

For me manned space flights are my life. I slept inside MIR station during lunch hours when assembling it.

There will be a landing version of MS-24 patch with a similar design.

MS-25 will be released by mid September close to their landing. But I know Kononenko didn’t start working on its design. Maybe Blake knows more...

60 pins were handed Friday (May 24) to Oleg Novitskiy in the TsPK. The pins are supposed to be on sale soon by Glavkosmos.

Thank you. Any word on the patches for MS-25 and the landing patch for MS-24? Glavkosmos seems to be late on introducing these two patches.

They are late with three patches (MS-25 main crew and backups and MS-24 landing). They hope to start selling them soon, as well as the MS-25 pins.

Does anyone have an update on whether or not we'll see this landing patch or the Soyuz-25 mission patch released to the public anytime in the near future?

Thank you for the great design Blake!!! Hope the crew will land with this patch on their space suits.

Was told three landing patches will be prepared by Zvezda in Baikonur and will go to the ISS with Ovchinin's crew. This patch will be in internet shop of Glavkosmos after the landing.

This MS-25 landing patch sticker will go to the ISS with MS-26 crew and will be put by Kononenko together with other patches into the Russian segment.

These three MS-25 landing patches by Glavkosmos were prepared by Zvezda to replace MS-24 patches on Sokol space suits of the crew and are on their way to the ISS now with MS-26 crew.

The MS-25 landing patches are aboard the ISS.

This needle will be used to put the patches on Sokol space suits.

Patches on blue suits...

Tatiana — Oleg's wife — prepared his suit for the landing a couple of weeks before once she got patches from Luc. Thank you, flying Dutchman!

Thank you Victor (Russian) for sharing this series of photos, which otherwise would go unseen. It was interesting to see the process by which the patches are prepared on the ground and in space.

I would like to thank people from Glavkosmos who are producing patches for Soyuz crews now. Hope they will do it up to the end of ISS program.

Any explanation for why the MS-25 patch was never produced for sale in the Glavkosmos store?

After MS-26 made it for sale and shortly thereafter, thankfully, it was available on eBay, I have only seen replicas to date for MS-25, including the landing patch.

The explanation is rather simple.

MS-25 design was done by a designer from Roscosmos. And Glavkosmos up to now has not obtained rights from Roscosmos to sell them. All the batch is waiting the settlement of this problem.

Final photo for the MS-25 landing...
