The artwork and description:
The red and blue ribbons represent the expansion of human space activity by linking and intersecting HTV-X, ISS, the Moon, and Mars, with the red shining star resembling one of the milestones, the Lunar Gateway. They also symbolize the developing cooperative activities of the International Exploration and Low Earth Orbit.

The stars are the JAXA astronauts, newly selected ASCANs, and all the people, striving towards a common goal as "One Team," the development of the future human space activity.

All times are CT (US)
