Revealed today by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre in the United Arab Emirates, Sultan Al Neyadi's personal patch: The logo of the first Arab long-duration astronaut mission has been revealed. It depicts an astronaut wearing the suit and looking at a drawing of the Late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE’s founding father.The logo also shows part of the Earth and the International Space Station alongside the names of the mission and astronaut Sultan AlNeyadi.  |

A-B Emblem is now producing and selling the United Arab Emirates (UAE) flag (design no. 172538) and the patch for the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center (no. 451401).

I can decipher three of the four designations on the edge of the emblem: - UAE Mission 2
- Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center
- Sultan Al Neyadi, سلطان النيادي.
Unfortunately I can't understand the description at the bottom. Can any cS member help me? |

The details on the embedded label for the AB Emblem 4.5"x 3" Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center patch are;- 451401 Made In China 02/23/40 (old style white label without the black crown emblem)

The patch ("Zayed's Ambition Mission-2 Patch") is now for sale through the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre online shop. At present though, the shop only ships to UAE addresses. |
