SpaceX Crew-1 member Soichi Noguchi just tweeted a photo with several of his mission patches in the background. The rightmost one appears to be the Crew-1 patch.
To my knowledge this is our first look at the mission insignia.

I think it is his personal patch for this mission.

Isn't his personal patch for this flight the heptagonal one to the left of it?
I'm not sure if we're talking about the same one, but I'm talking about the blue dragon shaped one, I could easily be wrong though.

The patch second from the right was previously released by JAXA as Noguchi's personal patch for his expedition stay.
It is possible the Crew-1 patch is his personal patch for the Dragon flight alone, but given the inclusion of the icons representing the history of U.S. spaceflight, I think it is more likely to be the crew patch (or a proposed design for it). Well spotted.

I had mistaken the program icon for Japanese characters... I love the design!

Perhaps the Dragon spacecraft on the patch was based on how the Dragon spacecraft looked in the painting seen in this photo.

Was just watching the return flight readiness review press conference for the DM-2 crew and they spoke briefly about the next crew going up. This photo flashed for several seconds, at which point I grabbed a screenshot.
You can see astronaut Noguchi wearing a shirt with the crew logo, but then as you pan left you see astronauts Glover and Hopkins wearing black jackets with the embroidered crew logo. It appears that astronaut Walker may also have one on her jacket, but that area is obscured by Glover's right shoulder.

They are standing side-by-side (like at the poster the same) as will be sitting in the Dragon capsule.
I'm curious when the official crew photo will be available?

NASA description of the Crew-1 patch:
Building on the legacy of Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, Skylab, Shuttle, MIR, International Space Station (ISS), and the DM-2 mission, the men and women of NASA and SpaceX have returned human space flight launches to the United States. Crew-1 marks the beginning of sustained government-commercial partnership missions to the ISS, and its Crew Dragon spacecraft is the focus of the patch.
The spacecraft, composed of the capsule and trunk, is flying from the bottom left toward the upper right, representing ascent and insertion to orbital flight. The Crew Dragon is superimposed on a background of stars and completes the outline of a dragon's head.
The letter C borders the patch, which together with the number 1 in the foreground represent the mission, Crew-1. Shadows of the legacy human spaceflight launch programs are on the border to honor and recognize their contributions to the Crew Dragon capsule. The outline of the ISS is also on the border to acknowledge Crew Dragon’s destination and its contribution to maintaining a human presence in low earth orbit for the United States and our international partners.
There are no individual names or flags on the border because the patch honors not just the crew members on board, but all of the countless SpaceX and NASA personnel that worked together to make a sleek and elegant Crew Dragon spacecraft. This patch honors their vision, service, and support.
We dedicate this patch to our families!

AB Emblem have just sent out advance notification of the release of the Crew-1 patch, which will be for sale on their website later on today.
SpaceX Crew-1 (also known as simply Crew-1) will be the first full crewed operational flight of a Crew Dragon spacecraft, and the second overall crewed orbital flight. The mission will launch in mid-September 2020, depending on the outcome of the SpaceX Demo-2 mission, and will transport four members of the Expedition 64 crew to the International Space Station. The crew will be Shannon Walker, Soichi Noguchi, Victor Glover, and Michael Hopkins.

Is the one available from AB Emblem considered to be the "official" patch, or will SpaceX also release one?

That's a very good question Paul. The design is "official," but whose version is "official," that is the question?
We probably won't be able to buy the SpaceX version of the Crew-1 patch from SpaceX until after the splashdown at the end of Expedition 64.
In the meantime the only one available to buy is the AB Emblem version with SKU patch design number 423453.

The Crew-1 patch pictured above is the crew's design and the official NASA insignia for the mission. AB Emblem produces the same insignia for the crew, and it is AB Emblem's patch that the astronauts are wearing on their blue flight suits.
So, yes, the AB Emblem version of the NASA, or crew, patch is "official."
SpaceX, if continuing with its own company tradition, will also design a patch to represent this mission and to give out to VIPs and the press at the launch. SpaceX generally waits until after the mission is over and is considered a success to release its patches for sale to the public.
To date, SpaceX's "official" patches are not made by AB Emblem.

AB Emblem have made a change to the embedded labels used on the fourth production run in the first week of August 2020 for this Crew-1 patch. For the first time since the new style "crown emblem" labels were introduced in December 2017 they have added "Made In USA" below their trade name "A-B Emblem." Previously only "Made In China" was put on these new style "crown emblem" embedded labels.
The date codes reported so far on the Crew-1 patches are;
423453 A-B Emblem 05/2020 (USA) without "Made In USA"
423453 A-B Emblem 06/2020 (USA) without "Made In USA"
423353 A-B Emblem 06/2020 (USA) without "Made In USA" with SKU Error
423453 A-B Emblem 07/2020 (USA) without "Made In USA"
423453 A-B Emblem Made In USA 08/2020 (Not confirmed)
423453 A-B Emblem Made In USA 0872020 (date code error, 7 used instead of / )
423453 A-B Emblem Made In USA 0972020 (date code error as above) seen on eBay
423453 A-B Emblem Made In China 09/20 40 (on white JSC Space Emblems sales cards)
423453 A-B Emblem Made In USA 11 2020
423453 A-B Emblem Made In China 11/20 40 (Jon B.)

All but one date code seen and confirmed. Note; three production runs were "Made In China" so far.

Received mine from AB.
The dragon's head looks quite a bit bluer than the pictures here seemed on my iPad which were kind of purple, and the Dragon capsule seems more organic and "aquatic." More like the colors in the first shot of the flight awareness poster. I kind of get a "This New Ocean" vibe. Very nice work.

The patches are indeed more blue than they appear in photos, which cast a more purple tone. It seems to be a lighting effect, as I can reproduce it scanning the patches here. In the scan they appear purple, in hand, blue.
