NASA's Program logo for the Artemis program's Gateway has been revealed. The Gateway will be a small spaceship in orbit around the Moon that will provide access to more of the lunar surface than ever before with living quarters for astronauts, a lab for science and research, ports for visiting spacecraft, and more.  |

The agency's Johnson Space Center in Houston revealed the Gateway program logo in an update to its employee online newsletter on Tuesday (Sept. 17). The Gateway, which is sometimes referred to as the Lunar Gateway, is a component of NASA's Artemis program, which is focused on returning American astronauts — including the first woman — to the moon by 2024 before pushing onwards to Mars.  |

The AB Emblem patch will have the SKU patch design number 415918 as reported by Joe of Skyforce Space Patches. The date code is 11/19 20 (USA) now confirmed. |

This Gateway Lunar Orbital Platform Program patch is now available to buy from the AB Emblem website. It is just 3.5" wide x 3" high, (smaller than I thought). The date codes seen on these patches from AB Emblem are;- 415918 A-B Emblem 10/19 20 (USA)
- 415918 A-B Emblem Made In China 10/19 40
- 415918 A-B Emblem 11/19 20 (USA)
- 415918 A-B Emblem Made In China 06/20 40
- 415918 A-B Emblem Made In China 05/22 40

The updated patch was also distributed at the 2024 San Diego Comic-Con. |
