A patch from the Australian Space Agency
Commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Moon landing with this special edition Mission Patch, designed to recognise Australia’s involvement in the Apollo 11 Moon landing in 1969. It depicts NASA's Honeysuckle Creek Tracking Station and CSIRO's Parkes Observatory which both played an instrumental role in receiving and relaying the first images of humans landing on the Moon.
