I'm hoping someone on here can give me a bit of info on a couple of patches? I've only ever seen an Apollo 13 and Apollo 14 versions but wondering if anyone knows who produced them and if there were patches made for the other missions? Any help or info would be much appreciated.

The only thing I can say for sure is that they're modern patches, not vintage.
