I am familiar with the old out-of-date "PK" patches for the Russian Space Agency (from 1991 to 2004) and for Roscosmos up to now (as shown below), but has anyone seen the newer patch for the state space corporation?

Seen for the first time today during Soyuz TMA-20 crew exams: a new generic Roscosmos logo. It will gradually replace the white rectangular patch currently in use. The two pairs of three stars symbolize the ISS crews flown to and from the International Space Station by the Russian Soyuz vehicles. |

Roscosmos has apparently adopted a Soviet-style logo. Anna Kikina is wearing the patch.

This may be the Russian version of a heritage logo similar to NASA’s return of the worm. |

It's an unofficial patch. She will not wear it any more. |

This new logo appears on the Russian official feed of today's spacewalk, it must be more than an unofficial patch. |

I think Victor meant that the embroidered patch itself was unofficial. The logo is clearly official; in addition to the TV feed, it now appears atop the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center and Glavkosmos websites (and presumably Roscosmos' website, if you are in a region where it is accessible). |

Thank you, Robert! It is exactly what I wanted to stay.Roscosmos produced a dozen of patches with red star (temporary logo), but the size was not correct (was square). |

The upper patch show's the patch on Kikina's training suit. The second one is Roscosmos patch but with felt background. |

Anyone else find this retro communist red star logo slightly sinister? I suppose we can count ourselves lucky it wasn't a giant 'Z'! |

I had a chance to ask Anna Kikina (Crew-5) about her patches today, and about the Roscosmos patch, she said: I am wearing and using in the original style of our logo. quote: Originally posted by Robert Pearlman: ...it now appears atop the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center and Glavkosmos websites
Both websites have now reverted to using the previous logo. |

This pin was produced for Roscosmos but it was before the new head of the Corporation took the office. |
