Unfortunately, this model railroad O Scale Rocket Launching Tower from Menards repeats the livery of the Saturn V 500-F, which never flew, but the fog feature might just make up for that...
This is fully assembled and decorated. There is illumination of the launch tower and red flashing warning lights on top of the structure. At the base of the rocket platform you’ll spot rapidly flashing red LEDs. Below the platform is a grate that house Menard’s water vapor "smoke" system. Carefully add water, and when power is applied, a visible torrent of vapor can be seen - simulating launch!
The Rocket Lunching Tower requires a 4.5-volt power supply sold separately (Menards SKU nos. 279-4061/4361, 4062/4362, or4050). Power may be applied through either a rear table-top plug in, or from below the building with a pigtail connector.

According to the link to Menard's, the dimensions of the model are 8-3/4"W x 8-3/4"D x 16-1/2"H, so it's definitely not O (1/48) scale. The Saturn V itself is 13.5" high, making it about 1/320 scale.

I always shake my head when someone creates a model of the Saturn V and it has the wrong paint pattern. There were 13 launches of the Saturn V, 12 in the Apollo program, with the last one being 50 years ago (Skylab I), and there are many, many photos of the launches that can be used when creating a model.
Also note that the third stage has USA 'painted' on it. Although the 500F version of the Saturn V had this marking it doesn't look like any of the Saturn Vs used in the Apollo program had this marking on the third stage.
