This looks like a nice subscription but if you look at the final build there doesn't appear to be a commander. Please correct me if I am wrong. |

It is intended to be Apollo 11; red commander stripes were not introduced until Apollo 13 (and not seen until Apollo 14). |

Total price comes to £708.20 - 80 issues in the collection. I think I’ll pass on this one. |

is there an interior? In my opinion, not even contacting Vincent was bad form. |

I don't know anything about the person/persons or company that is offering this LM model, however I have known Vincent Meens for about six years, through emails asking for advice on building his LM and LRV models, in which Vincent has always been very supportive with tons of help and always encouraging me without any type of personal gain. He has scaled pieces up and down per request without hesitation, regardless of his own schedule. Vincent has shared with the rest of us, most like myself, the opportunity to add a museum quality model to our collections that otherwise would not be possible. With that being said, when Vincent states he believes that, at least some of this model's parts are directly from his research and CAD work then I think we should boycott this rip-off. |

Not only that but there's no guarantee that all the issues will be made available — if demand is too low, production ends. |

The De-Ag range has had some serious hits and misses. Most popular lately was the Millennium Falcon which was worth it...eventually.I mean eventually as the first time they tried to publish the Millennium Falcon series, the run was cancelled because of lack of interest. It was re-released and seems to have worked this time (better advertising by De-Ag?) and the after market details add a genuine masterpiece level to the kit. The Apollo LM might not generate that level of interest and at that cost and issue length (and the questionable source of kit parts) I would not be interested in it. As above, you also run risk of the publisher abandoning the series at some point. Eventually the part count goes down significantly and you might get a single LM foot pad in an issue... for £9? That happened at the end of the Millennium Falcon run, A single foot pad was supplied in the issue. A giant scale (1/12th) might be worth that cost but... |

Taken from the forum.model-space.co.uk: I finally received today issue 5 from the test subscription, together with a letter saying that issues 1-4 were out of stock and this is the end of the test run. November 27, 2018. Since then, nothing. |

A test run was made by DeAgostini for a collection of rockets. Test was done in Russia and France about 18 months ago. Final product never hit the stands as of today. You can see the images of the collection from the French Conquest of Space Forum here. |

I have their Vostok from this series (purchased from eBay). It's not bad for what it is. |

I subscribed in September, was told in 14 days I would start to get my subscription. One month late, after three phone calls and several emails, still nothing. I canceled. |
