Thanks everyone. The Warbird decals are the best I have used. Ease of application and a full set of tile decals make them a winner.

Steve, I put off responding because I wanted to see the model "in the flesh" before I did. Having received it, I can say that the model is even more beautiful in person! I only hope that the MLP that I build for it is as nice as the stack- well done!!!

Here is a new ware Dust Down built for me by Stephen Nichols... outstanding! Though small scale it makes nice diorama.

Where did you get the RCS model? Shapeways?

Steve, Pascal, and myself have all built 1:1 RCS engines using my 3D printed parts on Shapeways. If you would like to see the parts that are used in the engine, here is a link.

If you have any questions, feel free to let me know. Thanks!

Michael, I am already watching the progress on the LM in 1/24 and 1/32 scale that Vincent Meens is working with you on. I want a large LM so bad I can taste it... affording it might be a different problem.

I just need to decide if I like the new hammer even more than the RCS.

While I wish that I could take credit for helping Vincent on his LM project, I can't. He is doing that great work all on his own!

Stephen did am amazing job on this figure. Notice the detail even in the iris of the eyes and the two tones in the zipper! The CCCP on the helmet is hand painted! He must be painting with a single hair to get this detail. I am again very impressed and happy with this artistry!

Here is the Shapeways 1:12 scale LRV built for a fellow cS member. I would like to thank Dwight for the opportunity to build it and Ron for the fabulous model he has produced. Ron was instrumental in all of the support also during construction.

Pictures do not do this model justice, it is a fabulous re-creation of a unique vehicle.

Wonderful!

By the way, I bet that paint stained build table could tell some tales.

This is a very nice 3D model, the Shapeways Rover is pricey but well worth it. I just finished mine the other day, that I purchased from Ron Shinkle. Fantastic build mate.

The second LRV from Ron Shinkle built into a depiction of Cernan and Schmitt on the surface. Scratchbuilt base and gnomon with a repaired fender. Moon dust will be applied by the owner to the LRV, it will come off during shipping.
